Individuals, who have a high aptitude in the plumbing, heating, cooling or electrical trades will be considered for employment. Since we are primarily a residential service company, excellent customer service skills are required.

On-call rotations can be busy, so we offer one day off with pay for technicians coming off a service week. We believe we are the only contractor in Lancaster County who rewards their staff in this manner.
